New York State CIO to Deliver Keynote Address at 2010 BDPA New York Scholarship and Awards Dinner. BDPA New York announced today that Melodie Mayberry-Stewart, PhD, New York State Chief Information Officer and Director of the Office of Technology, will keynote the chapter’s 2010 Scholarship and Awards Dinner. Dr. Mayberry-Stewart will deliver an address incorporating the dinner’s theme of, “Don’t Be Afraid of the S.T.E.M.,” [STEM being an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics].
