While most industries bemoan the disruptive nature of technology and the Internet, one would be hard pressed to find an industry in greater transition than the placement / staffing business. With expanding search functionality and social networking, there is little left hidden about any of us. So it's easy to find a job and, correspondingly, to hire the perfect candidate, right? So I recently sat down with John Eckenrode, CEO of CPSI, to get his insight on the perceived efficiencies of this brave new world.
