Excelsior College Named BDPA Educational Associate. Excelsior College has become an Educational Associate of Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA), a global member-focused technology organization with 50 local chapters and several thousand members across the U.S., and will provide increased opportunities for BDPA members to complete Information Technology (IT) degrees.
