Black IT Professionals Forge Global Alliances. To Black Data Processing Associates president-elect Wayne Hicks, the recent alliance forged between his group and Canada's BITePRO offers a new twist on the old boys' network. The old boys' network, he says, has traditionally worked against women and people of colour, but by forging their own networking associations, Black IT professionals on both sides of the border are finding strength in numbers.
